Service Charges

Service Charges with effect from 1 June 2010.

As part of the normal operation of your account you may wish to take advantage of certain services which the Company is able to provide on request and for which a charge will normally be made. In addition, the Company makes charges for carrying out certain non-standard administrative tasks. The relevant charges are listed below. They may change from time to time and notification of any changes will take place as described in the Terms and Conditions of your account.

Charges made by the Company will normally be deducted from the balance of your account except where the transaction effects closure of the account. In this case the charge will be deducted from the closing balance prior to repayment. Where charges have been deducted by third parties (e.g. banks involved in the remittance of funds to your account) the sum received by the Company will be the net of these charges and the Company will not be liable for the reimbursement of the charges.
