If you are making a deposit by cheque (only available for sterling denominated accounts), make the cheque payable to 'Bradford & Bingley International - a/c (account holder's name)' or alternatively in the name of the account holder. Cheques should not be made payable to any third party. Please note that initial deposits by cheque can only be accepted if they are drawn on an account in your name(s) or have been issued by a bank, a financial institution, an advocate, solicitor or lawyer and made payable to you or to us with your name.
